Fan Filter Unit (FFU) is a motorized air filtering equipment, used to supply HEPA purified air to cleanrooms, laboratories, cleanroom equipment, medical facilities or microenviroments by removing harmful airborne particles from recirculating air.The units are usually installed within the system`s ceiling or floorgrid.
Application:
FFUs are widely applied in clean room including modular clean rooms as well as clean benches. They work as the core elements of the clean rooms for filtering laminar air and supplying clean air.Their internal baffling plates and anodized aluminum diffuser panel provide uniform air speed across the filter face, ensuring laminar airflow.
