Samples of customized design will charge sample fee ( charge is depend on your design )
Sample charge can be refunded after production order.

30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment

For stock sample: sample can be sent out within 48 hours
For customized sample: normally within 30 days
For production: normally 30-40 days after deposit
