1. Cutting: Materials are cut using a fully automatic CNC saw for high efficiency and accurate positioning. The bending process uses a CNC tube bending machine for precise angles and an aesthetically pleasing shape. Before welding, parts are degreased to ensure no oil remains on the surface.
2. Welding: Components are welded using CO2 gas shielded welding for tight, firm joints. The welds are aesthetically pleasing and free from defects such as missed welds, slag inclusions, and cracks. The welding area is equipped with a dust collection and treatment system to purify the air and ensure worker health.
3. Surface Treatment: The surface undergoes shot blasting to thoroughly remove rust, increase the surface area, and enhance powder coating adhesion.
4. Powder Coating: The exterior is treated with environmentally friendly green electrostatic powder coating using imported electrostatic spraying equipment. The powder is applied uniformly with strong adhesion. The coating thickness is 90μm - 150μm. The coated surface is resistant to acids and bases, heat and humidity, aging, and corrosion, making it suitable for humid and acid rain environments.
The equipment is wrapped in thick bubble wrap internally and secured with packing straps externally for double-layer protection. This effectively prevents damage during transport, ensuring the equipment arrives in perfect condition.
