1)Waterproof and Dampproof
As the main component of SPC is stone powder, it performs well with water, and mildew will not develop in high humidity.
2)Fire Retardant
According to the authorities, 95% of the victims were burned in the fire caused by the toxic fumes and gases. The fire rating of SPC flooring is NFPA Class B. It is flame retardant, does not spontaneously combust, extinguishes flame automatically within 5 seconds, won't produce toxic or harmful gases.
3)No Formaldehyde
SPC is made of high quality stone power & PVC resin, without harmful material such as benzene, formaldehyde, heavy metal.
4)No Heavy Metal, No Lead Salt
The Stabilizer used in SPC is Calcium zinc, without any lead salt or heavy metals.
5) Dimensionally Stable

Q4: How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
A4: To clean dirt that won't come up with a sweep or vacuum, use a non-rinsing cleaner that
leaves no residue and a mop. Avoid using an abrasive cleaner, oil cleaner, or dish detergent.
Q5: Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
A5: It is not recommended to walk on your SPC floor after installation for at least 24
hours. You can mop your floor immediately after installation.
Q6: How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
A6: Chips and deep scratches in SPC generally cannot be removed, but they can be hidden or
concealed. To remove scuff marks try rubbing a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint
thinner, or baby oil over the mark. Then wipe the scuff away with a soft cloth. Be sure to
wipe the SPC floor thoroughly with a damp cloth afterwards, as these solutions can leave residue.
