Surface Treatment: The surface undergoes shot blasting with 0.8mm diameter steel shots to thoroughly remove rust and create a smooth surface, enhancing powder coating adhesion.
Electrostatic Powder Coating: The product is treated with electrostatic powder coating, ensuring strong adhesion, coating thickness of 90μm - 150μm, 2H hardness, uniform and bright color, weather resistance, and anti-aging properties.
Safety: The entire machine is free from hooks, pinch points, shear points, and clamping areas.
