1. Q: Where is your factory ? A: We located in Shiling, Huadu, Guangzhou, China. Welcome to visit our factory.

A: Our payment term is full payment for small order. And for big order we agree 30% deposit first, 70% balance
should be paid before shipment. 

3. Q: What's your MOQ ? 
A: MOQ 100 PCS for bags, MOQ 300 PCS for wallets. 

4. Q: What's your main market ? 
A: We sell exported to Europe, South American and USA. 

5. Q: How much for sample ? 
A: The sample should be charged $30 USD each one, the shipping cost for sample also will be borne by the buyer. The sample charge can be returned after order above our MOQ is placed. 

6. Q: How many days for sample ? 
A: 7 - 15 days(base on all materials are available in the market) 15 - 20 days(if some parts of materials need to be customized) 

7. Q: How many days for production ? 
A: 30-60 days for bags production time after you confirmed everything. 

8. Q: Is it available to put my logo on the products ? 
A: Sure, customer's logo can be made by laser engraved, woven label, printing, etc. 

9. Q: Shold I pay extra for logo printing ? 
A: Yes, there will be extra charge depending on your logo style and printing way.
