Pipeline Vortex Flowmete
Vortex flow sensor measuring the flow of liquid of steam, gas and low viscosity according to Carmen and Strouhal relevant spiral produce and on the theory of the flow relationship. As shown in Figure - a triangular column is vertically inserted into the table body, which is the generating body of vortex. When there is medium flowing through the table body, Carmen vortex with opposite direction and regularity is alternately generated behind the triangular column. The separation frequency F of vortex is proportional to the flow velocity V of medium.Through the number of vortices detected by the sensor head, the fluid velocity can be calculated, and then the volume flow of the measured medium can be calculated according to the body diameter.
