Microspheres MS200 are small spherical thermoplastic particles. When heated, the internal pressure from the gas increase and the thermoplastic shell softens, resulting in a dramatic increase of the volume of the microspheres. The gas remains inside the spheres.

Traditional shoe materials are often bulky, easily cracked and worn out. Expandable microspheres used as a blowing agent bring the following benefits:
