(1) Yes, samples could be offered for free. Current sample need 1-3 days. Customized sample need 3-7days.
(2)Freight to collect or freight prepaid by buyer.

Yes, of course. We can provide printing and embroidery service according to your requirements. Custom label and etiquette is workable.
