Q1: Where is your factory located? How can I visit?A: Our factory is in Bengbu, Anhui Province. Yes, warmly welcome, and we will pick you up from the Bengbu South Railway Station.

A: Once the bicycle details requested are clear, the prices will be quoted in 24hrs normally.
Q3: What is the MOQ?
A: Normally the MOQ is based on a 20GP container.
Q4: What is the sample policy?
A: The bicycle samples can be assembled, based on customization, with the cost charged for the samples and shipment.
Q5: How about the delivery time?
A: Normally 15-30 days for samples, and 30-45 days for mass orders. It mainly depends on the material status.
Q6: What is the payment term?
A: T/T 30% in advance as deposit, and 70% cleared before delivery. The bicycle and package photos will be offered once they are ready.
Q7: Can the bicycles be customizaed based on our requirements?
A: Yes, we will offer the programs based on your requirements.
Q8: Can the bicycle sizes or models be mixed in one container?
A: Yes, different sizes or models can be mixed in one container.
Q9: How about the assembling programs? CKD available?
A: Yes, CKD available. 100% disassembled parts available. 50%, 85%, 95% assembling also available for bicycles.
