Q: How long is the lead time?A: After receive the deposit, 15 days for 20GP, 20 days for 40 HQ, the shippment would be started.
Q: What is the delivery term?
A: Normally we could do FOB, CIF, CAF, DDO, DDP etc.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: 30-40% deposit, 70-60% balance would be paid before shipment.
Q: What is the fire retardant standard?
A: We would follow instruction from Client, ASTM or BS standard is available.
Q: Is there any harm substance in the product?
A: Please rest in sure that our mattress has passed the industry standard, ISO, SGS, the material also have quality certificate, and we have set monitor to inspect the SVOC.
Q: Do i need to turn over the mattress?
A: We suggest the customer to turn and change its direction since it could help the springs to recover and carry the load evenly, turn over every 3 months could help to keep the mattress durable.
Q: Do i need a boxspring under this mattress?
A: Or just a plank bed, either way it is fine.
