1.Are you a factory?
We are factory located in Foshan city, which is a professional manufacturer in China of dental chair & intraoral camera. We also supply dental handpiece, autoclave, suction unit, X ray machine and other dental accessories.
2.How long is the delivery time of Dental chair?
The delivery time depends on your order quantity, 1-2 units will need 1~3 days; 5-10 units will need 5~7 days; 10 units or more will need 10 days at least.
3.How long does the warranty and after-sales service?
We provide 2 years warranty. For the maintenance of spare parts, any questions we will give free spare part within this two-year. If necessary parts need to be replaced after 2 years, we only charge the cost price of the spare parts, and we provide whole life online technical guidance.
4.What is the shipping way?
Dental chairs are usually shipped by sea. The shipping time depends on which country's port you need to ship to, usually 25-45 days will arrived.
5.Does the price we quote including shipping cost?
The price we offer is EXW price, if you want to know the total cost, please provide us with your destination port, so that we can quote you the exact prices including shipping cost.
6.Do we support customized dental chairs?
We support customized dental chairs, the MOQ at least 30 units. If customization is required, please send us your requirements and we will provide you with a specific quotation.
7.Can the configuration of the dental chair be changed?
Some configurations of dental chairs can be selected, for example, the leather cushion, LED lamp and so on. If you want to replace different configurations, please feel free to contact us for more specific changes to confirm the price.
