Sucralose is a calorie free non nutritive high-power sweetener. It is produced and processed from white sugar, and its sweetness is 600 times that of sucrose. It does not participate in human metabolism and does not promote dental caries. It is suitable for patients with diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, etc. It is one of the most widely used healthy sweeteners in the world. It was determined by the FAO / WHO Joint Expert Committee on food additives (JECFA) that the daily allowable intake (ADI) of sucralose was 0-15mg/kg, and confirmed that it was a class a food additive "recognized safety level (GRAS)".
