Q1: Are you a factory or trader?
A: We are a professional manufacturer from 2007,
specializing in the production and sales of various bathroom, toilet, kitchen special products, such as Towel Bar, sanitary ware, showers and plumbing accessories.Annual sales of more than $1500 million.
Q2:What is the warranty :
-1 to 5 years manufacture warranty;
-Defective problem has to be submitted within 7 business days after product is delivered;
-Shipping damage has to be submitted within 5 business days after product is delivered.
Q3: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 1 carton per item per finish, for the first trial order or some regular products, the quantity can be 1 pcs. Meanwhile,we stock some products in overseas warehouses, you can also directly buy from us for small quantity.
Q4. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-4 weeks.
Q5: Can your factory print our logo/brand on the product?
A: Our factory can laser print customer's logo on the product. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer's logo on the products.
Q6: Can I visit you?
A: Yes. We have two Factories in China, they are all in Ningbo. Welcome to visit our factory, look forward to meeting with you.
