3. How could I get the design service?
Actually we recommend you to find a design at your end. Then you can check the details with him more convenient. But if you don't have familiar designers, our designers are also available for you.
4. What's the leading time of the production?
For samples in stock, the leading time is 1 day. For new samples, we need 11 days to produce it. For mass production, the production time is 13 days.
5. How could I deal with the quality issue?
If the quality issue happens, we will take responsibility for this situation. What you need to do is take some photos of damaged bags and describe the situation, it is very important for us to analysis the reason for the accident, then keep patience and wait for our feedback.
