With the photoelectric technology, it is more sensitive to detecting slow smolder fires which general thick, black smoke and may smolder for hours before bursting into flames. The smoke alarm device does not contain the radioactive material which is harmful to the environment.

Product Function:
| Standby mode | After the product is installed, if the smoke alarm device is operating properly, the red LED Flashes once every 40 seconds. |
| Local alarm mode | When the smoke alarm device detect particles of combustion and the concentration of smoke reaches the alarm threshold, the red LED will flash once per second with pulsating alarm until the smoke is disappeared. |
| Interconnection alarm mode | When the smoke alarm device detect particles of combustion and the concentration of smoke reaches the alarm threshold, the alarm will send local alarm signal, other interconnection alarms will send alarm signals. The wired interconnection alarms will go into interconnection alarm mode: BI - BI - pause 1.2s, with the red LED flashes, this alarm pattern is repeated. |
| Low battery mode | When the battery voltage below threshold, the red LED will flash once every 40 seconds with a sound of "chrip". |
| Fault mode | if the alarm detection signal decays below threshold, the alarm chirp occurs without LED flashes every 32 seconds. |
| Silence mode | Press the test button at least 2 seconds, it will go into silence mode for approx 8 minutes. That will desensitize the alarm sensitivity temporarily. At this time, the red LED will flash once every 8 seconds. |
| No disturb mode | When the alarm device is in low battery mode,in order to avoid disturbing you at night, please press the test button for 3 seconds which will mute this warning tone for about 14 hours. After 14 hours, the warning tone will still go off. The red LED will flash once every 40 seconds during No disturb mode. |
| Test mode | Test the unit to ensure proper operation by pressing the test button. At this time, the red LED will flash once per second with pulsating alarm until test button is released. |
