1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory capable of exporting.
2. What is the production capacity?
We currently have 200 metric ton capacity with rooms for expansion in case of emergency orders.
3. What information are needed to receive a quotation?
In order to receive an accurate quotation, we require the following information
a. Material: HDPE, LDPE, MDPE, Laminated
b. Color of Material: Transparent (Natural), or Colored (Blue, Red, Pantone No. Preferred)
c. Size (Width, Length, and Gusset if any) with measurement in in, cm, or mm
d. Thickness
e. Printing Requirement
f. Required Quantities (Single order quantities or annual quantities, please specify)
g. Special Requirements: Gusset, Color Track, Anti-Static, Double Track, UV, Bio-Degradable, etc
4. When can we get response after we submit an inquiry?
Our normal response time is within 18 hours or less. However, please contact for emergency RFQ.Are samples available?
5. All samples are free of charge. However, due to various requirements from different customers, we can offer to provide you with similar size and thickness samples, if available.
6. What is your payment term?
We accept L/C or T/T. However, for small sample orders, we also accept Western Union or PayPal.
7. How long is for delivery time?
Normally, 15 ~ 20 days after receipt of deposit for FCL orders. For LCL, it normally takes less than 15 days after receipt of deposit.
8. How does your factory carry out quality control?
We have one of most strict quality control process. Our Quality Control inspects each process from raw material to packaging prior to mass production.
