Product Description
Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) UPE film has become a widely used industrial raw material because of its superior wear resistance, impact resistance and self lubrication. Widely used in foot pads. Foot stick. Insulation materials, wear-resistant gasket, furniture pad, slide, wear-resistant panel, packaging materials and other occasions and products.
Current application industries:
Used for bottle filling machine and label pasting machine. Automatic sales machine, such as smooth surface and rail surface envelope.
It is used for the cover of belt guide and the cover of table of all kinds of conveying machinery.
Used for all kinds of film and paper packaging machinery forming mandrel envelope.
For gasket lining.
It is used for lining of all kinds of bottom discharge storage.
It is used for sliding surface of household appliances.
The sliding material for the central China surface of copiers.

Take the mouse pad as an example
Compared with Teflon (polytetrafluoroethylene) used in traditional mouse pad, UHMWPE UPE film is more wear-resistant, and the self-lubricating property of UPE is close to that of Teflon. At the same time, in terms of cost, the density of UHMWPE UPE film is smaller, which is 50% lower than that of Teflon. Therefore, UHMWPE UPE film has gradually replaced Teflon as the preferred raw material for foot pads
Application in tape industry:
Pressure sensitive adhesive tape with UHMWPE film as base material and stripper liner. Compared with other adhesive tapes using resin film, it has higher impact strength, better wear resistance and self lubrication.
