1. Can I order sample?
Answer: Yes, we may supply sample for your reference and testing after payment and then, the samples' fee will be reduced from the amount of future order.
2. What's the lead time?
Answer: For sample order, normally the lead
time is 5 working days. Regarding the first normal order, it will take about 60days after receipt of advance payment.
3. Which colors will be available for our electric mopeds?
Answer: Normally, we will recommend the most popular colors to our customers. In the meanwhile, we are able to make the special colors as per requirements of customers.
4. Can I use our decals or logo on the electric moped or electric bicycle?
Answer: Yes, we can make the customers' decals or logo on the electric moped or bicycle for the ordered quantity more than 100units each model.
5. How to delivery to foreign buyer?
Answer: For sample order, the customer can select by sea or by air, the freight will collected, the electric moped or bicycle will be fixed on the iron frame, and then packed it into the carton, in order to avoid the damage during shipment. For regular order, the better is to take container shipment by sea.
6. What's the payment terms?
Answer: The payment term is T/T, 30% advanced T/T, 70% before the shipment.
7. Can I mix different models in one full 40' high cube container order?
Answer: Yes, we accept different models in one full 40' high cube container.
8. I was wondering whether we need some spare parts for first order?
Answer: Yes, you need to buy some spare parts for future service, The quantity depends on your electric bike order. We can give you advice when you need.
9.Whether will you keep the same prices as per the website or not?
Answer: All the prices on the website are based on the exhcange rate: 7.3158, When you confirm the order, the final prices will be changed according as per that exchange rate.
