Product Description
WAFU series vacuum air leakage tightness detector IPX waterproof leak test equipment adopts the principle of direct pressure and uses air as the medium to pick up the leakage of the product. It is a non-destructive testing instrument. The working principle is to inflate or exhaust the test product to the specified air pressure, then close the valve, after a period of stability, measure the change of air pressure during the test period, calculate the leakage through conversion. With its high precision and complete function, this instrument is widely used in sealing testing of open products or parts of closed products.
Testing Ways: selecting according to your product type
Air Pressure Attenuation Method:
- Testing by Filling Air: suit for tested pressure is ≥0pa.
- Testing with Vacuum: suit for tested pressure is <0pa.
- Testing by Contrasting: it needs a reference. Then comparing the reference with the tested product.
Test Leakage :
Test the leakage of tested product by inflating air.
