Application scope
High ductility cold-rolled ribbed steel bar (CRB600H rebar) is widely used in industrial and civil construction fields and meets National Standard GB13788-2017 for cold-rolled ribbed steel bar - General Specification For Concrete Structures (No.: GB 55008-2021, implemented since April 1, 2022). With the increasing investment in national infrastructure and the actual demand of energy saving and consumption reduction in constructional materials, high ductility cold-rolled ribbed steel bar has broad prospect for market development.

Technical features
1) The production line configuration:
Common low speed line: IGBT medium frequency power supply 500kW/600kW/800kW
Advanced high speed line: IGBT medium / ultra-audio frequency power supply 800kW+800kW+400kW.
2) The production line is controlled by PLC + frequency converter, having high level of automation and realizing automatic control of the whole line, such as tension control, automatic shearing and automatic take-up.
3) The induction coil is optimized designed to improve the heating efficiency and realize quick-change
4) The induction heating power supply has function of temperature tracking control, with precise temperature control, fast heating speed and low power consumption.
5) Aluminum sealed cabinet is adopted to realize electromagnetic shielding and adapt to the harsh environment on site.
