2. I-Beam Festoon System
I-Beam power supply festoon systems are selected for heavy duty gantry crane. Large cross section, heavy weight and large quantity of cable;
I-Beam festoon system is a conductive form of power supply for crane trolley, which is composed of walking wheel, bracket and supporting plate. The flexible cable is fixed on the supporting plate, and the traction frame and cable pulley are synchronized, so as to realize the purpose of trolley power supply. Its characteristics are as follows:
1. Modular combination. The blocks are modular combination, which can be flexibly assembled according to I-beam and operation requirements.
2. Strong universality. The wide band of pulley can be adjusted freely, suitable for 8 × 10-22 × I-beam.
3. Flexible movement. Adopt special roller, high sensitivity; nylon buffer block, effectively reduce impact force, ensure stable operation.
4. Protect cable device. Special rubber strip can effectively protect cable and avoid cable scratch.
5. Full set of production mould. All parts are custom-made to ensure quality stability.
