FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES:
The main motor is the latest PMSM (permanent magnet synchronous motor) motor which is power-saving and efficient.
Being controlled by two sets of frequency inverters (driver), and applying constant tension control technology, the back-moving speed of the machine can be adjusted automatically according to the changes of the cutting force to ensure the diamond wire saw be in the best cutting condition all the time.
With a phase sequence protector, without special requirement for input phase sequence, it doesn't need to change or distinguish the input-power phase sequence.
The machine has the following protection functions: diamond wire broken protection, over-loading protection, phase-failure protection, terminal limit, and so on.
The real-time parameters are displayed on the control platform, such as the set current of the main motor, the current and the rotation speed of the main motor, etc. It ensures the operation and adjustment of the machine more convenient.
The machine can be operated by manually and automatically. The manual and automatic functions can be shifted from each other. Under the automatic function, the machine can be unattended operated, and one worker is able to operate multiple machines.
