1. Structural composition:

2. Working principle:
Put the thread insert on the mandrel. Rotate the mandrel with a wrench to make the thread insert enter the threaded hole of the workpiece along the guide head. During the rotation process, the external thread of the thread insert interacts with the internal thread of the threaded hole of the workpiece and is gradually screwed in and fixed in the hole.
3. Characteristics:
Low cost, simple operation, no need for power supply. It is suitable for small-scale installation or temporary installation on site. However, the installation efficiency is relatively low and it requires a certain amount of physical strength from the operator.
