The wireless high-definition pipeline periscope is an rapid image detection system. The product adopts integrated design, which consist of high-definition digital camera system, special lighting system, wireless data transmission system, industrial controller, video processing software and telescopic rod, together to do real-time video recording of high-risk working environments and hidden spaces. As a result, experts can better analyze and diagnose the cause of the problem and provide a solution.
   The product can be used in municipal pipelines, petrochemical, electric power, special inspection and other testing areas.


 

1. Equipment Instruction

• Battery Compartment Cover: Install the battery pack after opening, and lock the cover to ensure the equipment is sealed.

• Power Switch: Turn up to turn on the power, turn off the power horizontally;
• Power Indicator: Red is always on means the power is normal; The flashing light means the power is insufficient. When the battery is low, please turn off the power and replace the battery.
• Communication Indicator: Green is always on means the communication is normal, and the flashing light means communication issue.
• Inflator Port: The equipment can to be used when nitrogen is blown in. It is filled with 30PSI air pressure at most. Overpressure can damage the equipment;
• Carbon Fiber Rod Locking Buckle: Connected with carbon fiber rod, ensuring complete locking during operation and preventing the unlocked head from falling into the well;
• Machine Head Position Adjustment: Adjust the position of the machine head according to the size of the pipe diameter;

4.Precautions

1. Please open the battery compartment cover correctly according to the instructions, and the other side cover must not be opened.
2. When the equipment is in use, ensure that the battery is fully charged, and replace the battery in time when the battery is low;
3. When the battery is charging, please place it on the insulating surface to prevent the battery from being short-circuited.
4. During use, check whether the joints are locked to prevent the equipment from falling into the well.
5. Please use special packing box when transporting to prevent equipment collision and damage.
6. Keep the equipment clean after using the equipment.
7. If the depth of the well exceeds 7 meters, please use the WIFI repeater;
