Wlio Auto Paint Car Refinish Epoxy Primer

Double pack epoxy anti-rust filling primer, has excellent adhesion ability on all kinds of metal substrates and coatings, with excellent resistant ability to rust and corrosion.

Purpose: Sanded and cleaned galvanized steel, aluminium, stainless steel, old paint film, fiber, etc.

Surface Cleaning: Remove grease, silicon and other impurities with degreasing cleaning agent.

Mixing Ratio: Epoxy Primer 100 parts
Epoxy Hardener 25 parts
X-10 Epoxy Thinner 25-35 parts

Pot Life: 2-4 hours, 20º C

Application Method: 2-3 layers single wet spray, 30-60 μ M thickness, the interval time is 5-10 mins

Spray Gun & Pressure: Gravity Feed Spray Gun 1.2-1.6mm 3.0-4.0kg/cm²
Suction Spray Gun 1.3-1.8mm 3.0-4.0kg/cm²

Drying Time: 20º C 12-18 hours
30º C 6-10 hours
60º C 40-60 mins

Sanding: Sand with 400# sand paper (dry grinding) or 600-800# sand paper (wet grinding)

Re-coat: After drying and sanding, re-coat with putty, primer surfacer and all kinds of topcoat

Shelf Life: 24 months if stored in original sealed can at 20º C
Packing: Epoxy primer: 3.75L, Hardener & Thinner: 1L or 4L
