Double pack extra fast drying clear coat, high gloss and hardness, easy application, suitable for fast repair of spots, low consumption and high efficiency to ensure good profit.
Substrate: Coated with 1K Basecoat
Surface Cleaning: Remove grease, silicon and other impurities with degreasing cleaning agent.
Mixing Ratio:
Extra Fast Drying Clear Coat 100 parts
Extra Fast Drying Hardener 50 parts
X-1 Fast Drying Thinner 5-15 parts
Pot Life: Extra fast drying hardener: 1 hours, 20º C;
Application Method: 2-3 layers single spray, 40 μ M
Spray Gun & Pressure:
Gravity Feed Spray Gun 1.2-1.5mm 3.0-5.0kg/cm²
Drying Time:
Temperature / Anti-dust time / Tack free time / Dry to Handle / Completely dry
