Product Description
Single component putty, good filling ability, easy to apply and sand, good adhesion between the layers, suitable to cover small scratches, sand holes and pinholes.
Substrate: Dried and sanded existing finishes, 1K and 2K primer
Surface Cleaning: Remove grease, silicon and other impurities with degreasing cleaning agent.
Mixing Ratio: Ready to use (if the filler solvent evaporates, use X-1 to dilute)
Application Method: Spread thin coat by coat with putty knife, soft rubber or plastic spreader
Drying Time (to sand): 20-25 mins, 20C; The thicker application, the longer drying time
Sanding: Sand with 600-800# sand paper (wet grinding) or 400-600# sand paper (dry grinding)
Note:
1. Do not coat thickly, in order to avoid shrinkage or loss of gloss.
2. Please seal the can tightly after use to avoid skinning.
Shelf Life: 24 months if stored in original sealed can at 20C
