Product Description
WNG central driving suspension is sludge scrapers in condensing tanks are used in weight type sludge condensing tanks of waste water treatment plants. The condensed sludge are scraped to the central sludge pit on the tank bottom so as to be further dehydrated.

CHARACTERISTIC
1. Less drive link, higher mechanical efficiency and more compact structure compared with traditional design; 2. With over-torque protection, when the torque reaches the setting value, the machine shall send alarm signal and stop automatically so as to ensure the machine to be safe and reliable; 3. Because the main shaft is of strong duct, there is no bearing on the bottom so as not to maintain the bottom.
STRUCTURE AND OPERATING PRINCIPLE
WNG series sludge scraper in condensing tank is driven by hung central frame. It as shown in diagram 1 is composed of motor, vertical reducer, rotation bearing with outer gear, main shaft, scraping arm, scraping plate, griddle bars, flow stabilizing tube, over-torque protector, controlpanel, etc. Driven by motor, the scraping arm shall rotate around the axis of the tank centre. The scraping plate on the arm shall push the sludge concentrated on the bottom to the sludge collecting pit. In the process, in case of over-torque caused by blocking objects of too much sludge, when the torque reaches the setting value, the over-torque protector shall work to shut down electric power, and automatically stop the machine and send alarm signal.
