Worksite requirements for biomass generator
The worksite needs to meet following basic requirements:
a) Ambient temperature between -40ºC~45ºC;
b) Relative humidity less than 90%(35ºC);
c) Site elevation not higher than 2000m;
d) For outdoor installation, simple rain shelter is required.
The engine is high,/low temperature cycle requires the use of softened water.Cooling water should be used in slightly alkaline cleaning water, not compounds containing corrosive, such as chlorides, sulphates or acid etc..Its main index requirements are as follows:
hardness:0.7~5.3me/L ;chloride ion content:<150mg/L;PH≤7~8.5
Fuel gas requirement for biomass generator
The genset will be able to output at its full power with fuel gas with the specification as below:
1m distance away from genset's pressure regulating valve of inlet
Temperature of natural gas ≤40ºC;
Pressure of natural gas 3~10kPa, velocity of pressure≤ 1kPa/min;
H2S≤200mg/Nm3;
NH3≤20mg/Nm3
Tar Content ≤20%mg/Nm3
Impurities particle size≤5μm; impurity content≤30mg/Nm3;
Moisture Content of biomass ≤40g/Nm3;Heat value more than 4.2MJ/Nm3
If fuel gas contains higher quantity of sulfur and ammonia,it not only corrodes the pole of spark plug seriously,but also increases the acid value,which corrodes internal parts of genset and corrodes the genset with precipitates.
