1.This is a fully automatic wood copy shaper,electronic-hydraulically controlled machine with hopper feed,its a newly developed version of our successful designed for machining different shapes small wooden wares such as post caps,brush,knife handle,toy accessories,handiworks,spoon,wooden lids,caps,toaster,etc,and other flat pieces of round,oval or irregular shapes workpieces.
2.This model wood copy shaper achine uses wooden boards roughly cut to size and planed to the required thickness.

3.The infeed and outfeed of the cutters is facillitated by a special system allowing the working point of the cutter to be modified relative to the axis of the workyable.This feature makes it possible to machine various shapes wooden wares faster with the
corresponding increase in production.
4.The cutter are template-controller,oild pressure holds the template follower roller against the preshapes form.The pressure on the form can be regulated so as to ensure that is will be constant throughout,even when intricate shapes are being produced.
5.The rotation speed of the hydraulically driven worktable is electronically controlled from the swith console.
In addtion, the worktable can be set to make different cycle speed,depending on the complexity of the work.In prodcuting comparatively thin parts up to 2 blanks can be stacked one on top of the other and shapes together in one continuous cycle.
Set-up is faciliated and change-over times are reduced owing to the electronic-hydraulic control system and the im-provement of a nnumber of driving and operating elements.
6.The output of this wood copy shaper machine,being largely controlled by the shapes and size of the workpieces,ranges from 3-6 pcs per minute.
