Q: What is your manufacture time?
A: 38-45 days after deposit received and the signed ship drawing.
Q: Do you accept customized design and size?
A: Yes, sure.
The design and size are all according to your customized chioice.
Q: What about the package? What can you do for me if the goods are damaged when I open the container?
A: We use sealed Plywood packages with iron pallets which is stronger and durable. If products are damaged when you received, please send us photos and we will replace the freely.
Q: What will you do if send me wrong orders?
A: ACE will provide you Shop Drawing for confirm before production. If you received the wrong order, ACE will resend you a new one freely.
Q: Can you provide samples for quality testing?
A: Yes, sample is available, but clients will need to pay for the express cost.
Q: How long is the Quality Guarantee Time and after sales service?
A: ACE will provides 3 years of Quality Guarantee, you can call us or send a e-mail, we will reply you within 24 hours.
