Function:
This line is used for processing of door frame with different structure, including cut at 45 degree/ 90 degree, drill connection hole, mill
hardware hole and slot, mill steps at double end, cut groove for inserting L-shape architrave, insert seal strip and auto install hardware.
Production efficiency 30/40/60/90 seconds are optional.
1. Automatic switch processing of pressed type door frame with door-stop strip and main & deputy part splicing type door frame,
to satisfy processing of multiple type door frame.
2. The application of the patent of "a task allocation method for processing hinge slot and lock slot on door frame", to solve the problem of
time disproportion of processing lock slot and hinge slot, and improve the production efficiency.
3. Continuous multiple station online barcode scanning and grouping processing, to save labor and improve efficiency.
