If the surface is very un-uniform on thickness like rough cut slab or finger joint panels or any gluing jointing lines like door or cabinets which glue lines also consumpt too much sanding belt, a helical spiral cutter can be used on first frame, then it can give a max 3mm thickness different planing works and effect is equal to 120 degree sanding, and latteral 2 sanding frame will give a fine polishing works.
