This equipment is a new type of product specially designed for the enterprises that are engaged in wireless horizontal fast splicing of veneers. In combination with the features of international leading products, it is manufactured through our research, development, continuous experiment and improvement. The product is efficiently and conveniently spliced and proves to be stable and could save both efforts and time.
Its structure features as follows:
Pneumatic and electric control system: FESTO cylinder and air valve components are used. All optic photo switches adopt the products of IFM, Germany, which increases the stability and durability of action, reduces the fault rate of equipment and guarantees stable operation.
Hydraulic and cylinder system: The low noise variable vane pumps, manufactured by SSAN (Taiwan), integrate leading hydraulic circuit , which greatly reduces the thermal generation of hydraulic system. With excellent design, JUFAN cylinder is provided with imported O-ring seal, thus ensuring stable operation of machine during manufacturing process.
Pawl and heating system: The imported copper alloy plate is adopted, featuring fast heating speed, even thermal dissipation, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance and durability. The imported pawl made of aviation aluminum material is treated by special process, which features abrasion and pressure resistant and stable performance, etc.
