Using and Maintenance
- The stem length for inserting into measured medium should longer than temperature-sensing element, Ordinary the insert length should longer than 100mm, when temp is 0-50ºC, the insert length should longer than 150mm, so that can ensure the accuracy.
- In the process of storage, using and transportation, the stem should avoid impact, Don't make the stem bending deformation and don't use the case as wrench.
- Bi-metal thermometer is not suitable for measure the medium temp in open type container. Electric contact type is not suitable to use in the environment which have big vibration.
- Bi-metal thermometer should routinely inspect, It is advisable to general inspection once every 6 months.
- Electric contact bi-metal thermometer is not allow to working in the big vibrated environment, in case to effect the reliable of the product.
