Main Technical Features
Headstock
Large package headstock with adjustable width, inverter motor winding with servo control.
Beam can do positive and negative winding, applicable to the requirements of double bean broad width shuttle-less looms.
The winding tension of beam is stepless set, and the max tension is 60KN.
It is applicable to various kinds of looms, and winding diameter can be displayed on the touch screen.
The processing parameters are controlled by computer with simple operation.
The doffing speed is 0.5m/min, which makes axle change can be achieved without stopping, thus ensure continuously sizing without starch lump.
Pneumatic controlling is adopted for lifting and doffing of beam, beam pressing, measuring roller, tension roller, expansion and other actions.
Drying house
There are 12pcs of φ800 stainless steel drying cylinders, which are divided into two groups of pre-drying rooms and one group of integrated drying rooms. The surface of pre-drying cylinder is painted with anti-sticking coating.
Equipped with temperature auto control to meet the drying requirements.
Independently driven by servo or inverter motor, tension and elongation auto control.
Adopting stainless steel hood with axial flow fan to dehumidify.
Sizing box
Box wall is made of steel plate and the casing is made of stainless steel.
Adopting multiple sizing methods, double-dip-double-nip, single-dip-double-nip, etc.
Adopting pneumatic compressing, the max pressure is 40KN.
Main sizing box and auxiliary sizing box are integrated.
The slurry counter current circulation, which ensure the viscosity and temperature of slurry stable, and effective covering of Yarn hairness.
Beam creel
Beam creel has double layers, each group has 4 beam positions.
Adopting pneumatic control of unwinding tension to ensure constant tension.
Electrical apparatus control system
The machine adopts servo motor or inverter motor to drive in different unit.
Combine computer and motors by PLC to achieve high precision control.
Adopting computer to set the tension, elongation, squeezing pressure and other parameters of each unit.
Yarn moisture regain is auto controlled and displayed on the screen.
The temperatures of sizing box and drying house are controlled automaticly.
