The infrared Bridge cutting machine is integrated structure, no need to build concrete foundation. this machine is mainly used for cutting and processing marble slabs, granite slabs, artificial stone slabs, quartz stone slabs. The bridge cutting machine consists of crossbeam,cutter head, lifting components, worktable parts, PLC control system, hydraulic system ,infrared ray unit and automatic lubrication system.
Feature:
The crossbeam move forward or backward by asynchronous motor, it is controlled by frequency converter(its stroke:2.3meters). The blade rotation is directly driven by main motor. The cutter move left or right by asynchronous motor with frequency converter for adjusting feed speed(its stroke:3.5meters) Worktable can tilt 0°-83°by hydraulic system transmission.

Feature:
1,crossbeam is made of cast iron, it will be more durable and stable.
2,Cutter head can turn 90°,blade is enable to tilt 0°-45°for chamfering.
3,Hydraulic system is used in tilting the worktable tilting. Worktable can tilt 0°-83°
4,AC contactor ,inverter,breaker,touch screen and PLC adopt Schneider brand. human-machine interface is easily operated and fully automatic processing as operator entered parameters
5,Equipped with infrared ray to exactly locate slabs
6,The forward and backward movement of crossbeam is equipped with magnetic grid ruler to ensure high processing precision.
7,This machine has an automatic lubrication system. Can set time to oil for the blade lifting parts.
