The infrared Bridge cutting machine is integrated structure, no need to build concrete foundation. this machine is mainly used for cutting and processing marble slabs, granite slabs, artificial stone slabs, quartz stone slabs. it has following advantages: (1) convenient to transport and install(can be loaded in 20 GP container) (2) the user can install and debug this machine by self. After completed the installation,can keep the accuracy same as before delivery. especially suitable for customers and traders who want to save the fee of installation.
The bridge cutting machine consists of crossbeam, spindle box, lifting components, worktable parts, PLC control system, hydraulic system ,infrared ray unit and automatic lubrication system
Feature:
The crossbeam move forward or backward by asynchronous motor, it is controlled by frequency converter(its stroke:2.3meters). The spindle is driven by main motor with belt transmission and then have the blade rotated. The blade component move left or right by asynchronous motor with frequency converter for adjusting feed speed(its stroke:3.5meters) Worktable can rotate 360° and locate every 45 degree by hydraulic system transmission.
