POWER CABLES
1.Scope
It consists of three insulated conductors twisted together and surrounded by an overall sheath. The conductors are typically made of copper or aluminum.
The nominal voltage of this three-core cable is typically 0.6/1 kV or lower. This voltage range is suitable for most low-power applications.
The cable comes in various sizes, with conductor cross-sections ranging from a few square millimeters to several hundred square millimeters. This allows it to meet the different power requirements of different applications.
2.Construction
Conductor: Copper or Aluminum Conductors.
Insulation: Cross-linked Polyethylene Insulation (XLPE).
Bonding: If applicable,copper tape or copper wire shielding may be used.
Armour: If applicable,steel wire or steel tape armor may be used if it is applicable.
3. Applications
