--Our company Feininger is the manufacture of XPS foam board since 2003.Our boss is the chairman of Chinese XPS Industry Association. We have total 4 lines running everyday.
Question 2:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
--In order to keep our none compensation record, quality is our first priority. Feininger People always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning of raw material sourcing to the end of production. Each batch of products will be tested with caution before packing and delivery.
Question 3: What is your quality assurance policy?
--We have test office to follow up the technical datas of each order, they will pick up the samples from the production lines per 4 hours, then to do test to make sure all the data can meet the demand of the order.
Question 4: Can I get samples before ordering?
--Yes for standard product, samples can be provided for you with free of charge, for non-standard product, please contact us for discussion.
Question 5: Is your XPS foam board you produce environment friendly or green product?
--We promise our XPS board to be 100% fresh material, they are totally environment friendly whether fireproof or not, they are safe to human being and environment, free of HBCD.
