1. Hydraulic system:
(1) Hydraulic components. The pump adopts high-pressure gear pump, multi-way reversing valve, and the working pressure can reach 24.5Mpa.
2. Power unit: The car adopts the world's engine water-cooled direct injection six-cylinder four-stroke low-speed high-torque diesel engine, which has the characteristics of low fuel consumption, low noise, easy starting and durability.
3. Gearbox: The gearbox adopts a fixed-shaft power shift gearbox.
4. Drive axle and braking system: The axle housing has high strength and large bearing capacity, and at the same time fully considers the stress effect caused by the impact load of the vehicle under various complex and harsh working conditions, which is safe and has a long service life. The brake flushing system is equipped with a buzzer alarm for insufficient brake pressure, and protection devices such as the gearbox disengagement (indicator light) when braking.
5. Steering axle: The horizontal cylinder type steering axle is used. Under the working conditions, the forklift has sufficient steering force to control the steering of the forklift, so that the yaw and steering resistance of the wheels are small. The steering trapezoid design is reasonable, which can reduce tire wear.
6. Mast and frame: The wide-view gantry is used, which has high strength and rigidity, and will not deform under complex and harsh working conditions, prolonging the service life of the gantry and providing drivers with a good vision. The surface of the gantry rollers is specially treated for long-term anti-wear properties.
7. Cab: The cab is spacious and bright, with a wide field of vision. The inner seat and joystick are designed according to the ergonomic theory, and the operation is easy, flexible and comfortable. Weight-adjustable air pressure shock absorbers are installed under the seat. Combination instrument, beautiful appearance, small size, including steering column and steering wheel, and the steering wheel can be adjusted back and forth to provide a spacious space for operation, inspection and maintenance. The standard air-conditioning system creates a comfortable working environment for the operator, and the standard reversing image provides the operator with a safe and standardized use environment.
