1,The free quality warranty period of the equipment is 12 months, and the quality warranty period starts from the second day after the signing of the Equipment Acceptance Form.
2,During the quality warranty period, our company provides 7*24 hours technical service, when the equipment can not operate normally or failures, our company is responsible for free warranty; During the quality warranty period, all material losses and personnel costs incurred for warranty services within the warranty shall be borne by our company.
3,After the expiration of the quality warranty period, our company continues to provide maintenance services for faults that occur during the operation of the equipment. We will only charge the normal cost of repairs required.
