Q: Are you factory or trading company?
A: Here we are factory since the year 1995, brand is XINIU/Rhinoceros, focus in producing small size excavators.
1: What kind terms of payment can be accepted?
A: For terms of payment, L/C, T/T, Western Union (can be) could accepted
2: What certificates are available in Machinery?
A: For the certificate, we have CE, ISO.
3: What about the delivery time, and loading method?
A: 7-20 days after receiving the deposit. 2 units can be put in a 40HQ.
4: What about the warranty time?
A: 12 months after shipment or 1200 working hours, whichever occurs first. spare parts available all the time. A spare parts kit for free will be sent with each machine, which can be used for 1 year. There are also a spare parts list recommended for 2 years, you can choose and order some parts sent with machine in advance or we recommend the list for you.
5. What about the Minimum Order Quantity?
