1.This machine tool is a moving beam type gantry CNC boring and milling machine. The gantry frame is composed of left and right columns, cross beams and connecting beams. The upper end of the left and right columns is connected with the cross beams, and the lower end is directly connected with the bed.

2.The machine has X axis, Y axis, Z axis, W1 axis, W2 axis five axis, X, Y, Z axis can be automatically positioned, three axis linkage, W1 axis, W2 axis for synchronous axis. The machine table moves along the bed in the longitudinal X axis, the drag plate moves along the cross beam in the transverse Y axis, the ram moves along the drag plate in the upper and lower Z axis, the beam moves along the column in the upper and lower W axis, and the W axis is fed to the required position and then hydraulically clamped on the column for cutting. This machine can complete milling, drilling, reaming, tapping and boring and other processes. It is a large CNC boring and milling machine with high efficiency and multi-function.

3.Machine tool X, Y axis adopts rolling guide structure, Z axis, W axis adopts sliding guide structure. The X-axis of the machine adopts the technology of double-motor electric clearance, and the cross beam adopts the anti-deformation technology to ensure the straightness of the Y-axis during the machining of the machine tool. The hydraulic balance technology is adopted for the ram, and the lever type forcing-increasing clamping mechanism is adopted for the beam clamping.
