The machine is widely applied in rough and finish machining of big and middles base parts, box, planisher etc. It can carry out machining to flat surface holes, inclined faces, inclined holes, curve faces and small faced plane of body components. The machine can carry out milling, boring, drilling, reaming and tapping, Equipped with attachments (right angular milling head, universal milling head, lengthened spindle head and inverted milling head, etc), it can complete internal and external 5 surfaces machining in a single set. With multi-function, it is capable of improving machining quality and efficiency. 3 axis simultaneous control for contour milling.
The main performance characteristics:

1. Both the movement of double column and milling head adopt constant flow "close type" hydrostatic guideway with "pump per pocket" to realize high reliability as well as convenient maintenance.
2. Each feeding transmission adopts preloaded double pinion-racks transmission unit or ball screw nut pair transmission.
3. .Gantry movement adopts double motors and double measurement synchronous drive. The synchronizing and positioning curacy can be guaranteed. The leveling of crossrail is automatically realized, free from effect of boring and milling head position.
4. The crossrail feed adopts double motors and double measurement synchronous drive. The synchronizing and positioning accuracy can be guaranteed.
5. There is a hydraulic balance device for the ram vertical travel.
6. The tool head can automatically draw and clamp tool as well as attachments.
7. The milling spindle possesses functions of automatic forward tilt and backward tilt adjusting. Thus the surface roughness of the workpiece will be avoided.
8. The machine adopts Siemens 840Dsl system.1PH AC spindle motor,1FT AC servo motor, and speed regulator. All feed axes are controlled by Heidenhain optic scale to realize loop closed control.
