C.Product Application
XR08 base-coating machine is suitable for coating the circular surface of cans made of aluminum, lead, tin and so on.
The coating machine applies polyester or epoxy base over the can outer surface to receive printing inks. Cans are fed over the mandrills, and the Ferguson system turns it to coating station, where coating is applied over the spinning cans with rotating rubber roller.
The fine layer adjustment mechanism makes sure uniform coating layer. The coated cans are unloaded on to the chain with the manipulator and the cans pass through drying oven, to the next stage.

It adopts SIEMENS PLC and Pro-face color touch screen to realize intelligent operations.

Manipulator takes cans up and down automatically. The machine has self-inspection system. If cans are not well inserted into mandrels, the machine will stop working. No cans, no printing. The mandrel can be automatically prevented from coating.
