Light weight Trench Box
Trench boxes are used in trench shoring as a form of trench ground support. They offer an affordable lightweight trench lining system. They are most commonly used for ground works operations such as installing utility pipes where ground movement is not critical.The size of the system required to use for your trench ground support depends on the your maximum trench depth requirements & the size of the pipe sections that you are installing in the ground. Our lightweight trench box system is generally most suitable to trench depths of up to 4 meters and trench width of around 3.7 meters if used in conjunction without variable trench box struts.
The system is used already assembled in the job site. The trench shoring is made up of a standard 3.00m x H=2.00m panels, connected with adjustable spacers.
If excavation is deeper, it's possible to install elevation elements.
By combining elevation panels to the standard ones the maximum depth reachable is 4,40m in absolute safety.

Packing & Delivery
Packing:
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products:
---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---Wooden cases: It is available on customer's request.
---Bulk: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
Delivery:
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
