Description for Yanmar N330 Exhaust Valve:
1. Material: Nimonic 80A(NiCr20TiAl)
(comply with European Standard EN10090: 1998 Valve Steels and Alloys for Internal Combustion Engines)
2. Hard chrome plating on stem.
3. Weld Nickel based alloy on tip with Min. 50HRc.
4. Upset forging and die pressing for grain flow along head profile.
5. Close controlled heat treatment for achieving proper mechanical properties and metallurgical structure.
6. Stress released completely for microstructure and dimensional stability.
7. Dye penetrant detection for entire valve.
8. LR, BV, CCS Certificate depends on needs.
9. Proven Reliability by European customers.
