Sample needs 2-3 days, Container Production Time needs 2-3 weeks

Any PCS Order Q'ty should be welcomed at any time.
A4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or Air. It usually takes 4-6 days to arrive. By sea is the best choice for Big Order, that because the shipping cost is the cheapest.

A8: How to deal with the faulty?
1st, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.1%.
2nd, Generally speaking, we will send you some parts free with your order shipping at the beginning, free parts including some PCS other parts, in case, the goods has a little problem and you can change it in time. Of course, If the products have big problem about the quality, pls send some pictures and videos for our reference and our engineers will analyze all the details of the quality problem carefully, we will replace them or refund if the problems are really caused by us. In a words, we must try our best to supply you best after-selling service at any time.
